Shipping

Your order will ship out within 5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your package has shipped.

We believe it is important to provide you with the most reasonable shipping rates available. When possible, we give you the option between First Class (regular mail) and Priority Mail. Once shipped, First Class arrives within 5-10 business days, and Priority within 2-3 business days. You will be able to select a shipping option on the bottom left corner of the checkout page, after you have entered your billing information and address.

Please note that due to the weight/size of certain packages, some items must ship Priority Mail.

Gift Orders

Typically, our EDIA Maps logo will be hand-stamped on your package. If you are purchasing a gift and would like what's inside to remain a surprise, please let us know when you check-out if you would like us to leave off the logo. Simply enter a message in the "Note/Additional Info" comment field on the final check-out page.


Damaged Packages / Exchanges

If your item(s) gets damaged during shipping, we are happy to supply a replacement. Simply send a photo of the damaged product(s) and packaging to hello@ediamaps.com within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will mail you a replacement.

If there is any error on our part in what we have mailed you, please contact us at hello@ediamaps.com, and we will arrange an exchange.


Change in Shipping Address

Please contact us immediately if you have provided incorrect shipping information. If your package is already in the mail and you have sent an incorrect address, please know that there is nothing we can do to retrieve it. If your package is returned, we can ship it out again to a new address you have provided, once you have paid the additional shipping cost.
