Your order will ship out within 5 business days. You will receive a email update once your package has shipped.
Once shipped, First Class (regular mail) arrives within 5-10 business days, and Priority within 2-3 business days.
You will be able to select a shipping option on the bottom left corner of the checkout page, after you have entered your billing information and address. Please note that due to the weight/size of certain packages, some items must ship Priority Mail.
Please contact us if you need to arrange for expedited or international shipping, and we would be happy to help.
Typically, our EDIA Maps logo will be hand-stamped on your package. If you are purchasing a gift and would like what's inside to remain a surprise, please let us know when you check-out if you would like us to leave off the logo. Simply enter a message in the "Note/Additional Info" comment field on the final check-out page.
DAMAGED PACKAGES & EXCHANGES
If your item(s) gets damaged during shipping, we are happy to supply a replacement. Simply send a photo of the damaged product(s) and packaging to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your package, and we will mail you a replacement.
If there is any error on our part in what we have mailed you, please contact us at email@example.com, and we will arrange an exchange.
CHANGE IN ADDRESS
Please contact us immediately if you have provided incorrect shipping information. If your package is already in the mail and you have sent an incorrect address, please know that there is nothing we can do to retrieve it. If your package is returned, we can ship it out again to a new address you have provided, once you have paid the additional shipping cost.
We care very much about the security of your information. We use Stripe to process credit cards and transmit all information securely over SSL. We do not store your credit card information.
